To guarantee the optimum grinding fineness for every speciality, JURA has developed the Product Recognising Grinder (P.R.G.). Via electronic control, this precision grinder adjusts itself individually to the preset grinding fineness within fractions of a second – much faster and more precisely than is possible by hand.

Whether you want a fine grind for short classics or a coarse grind for long specialities, the setting is fully automatic with every preparation and can be individually adjusted before each preparation via the Aroma Selection if required.
