        Portafilter of 54 mm

        The 54mm portafilter delivers a full flavour with single- and double-walled filter baskets.

        Coffee with a full and complex flavor is prepared with an ideal dose of 18 grams of freshly ground beans in a professional 54mm portafilter.

        Extraction pressure of 9 bar

        Pre-infusion at low pressure, followed by an extraction pressure of 9 bar.

        A delicious, creamy, and caramel-colored espresso begins with a pre-infusion at low pressure, followed by a high-pressure extraction process (9 bar) via our 15-bar Italian pump.
