        The Sage 4-Step Formula

        Sage espresso machines are optimized for precise dosing of freshly ground beans, precise temperature control, maintaining optimal water pressure, and creating authentic microfoam—essential for latte art. With just one touch, you can enjoy the full four-step formula used by professional coffee makers.

        Thermocoil heating system with PID temperature control

        The advanced Thermocoil heating system, finely tuned with PID temperature control, ensures the water is heated to precisely 93°C, resulting in perfectly balanced flavors in every cup of coffee.

        Automatic grinding and dosing

        With a simple touch, the built-in precision grinder, equipped with conical burrs and a dosage regulator, delivers the exact amount of coffee for a perfect taste. Choose from 16 grind settings to grind every bean to perfection, ensuring the perfect cup every time.

        Including Dosing Funnel™ attachment

        Grinding and tamping coffee can be messy, but with our Dosing Funnel™ portafilter attachment, you can prevent ground coffee spills and keep everything tidy. Made with BPA-free materials and dishwasher-safe for added convenience. Less mess, less waste, for a cleaner coffee experience.

        • Stainless Steel Portafilter

          The 54mm stainless steel portafilter, with single- and double-walled filter baskets, provides a rich and complex flavor experience, with an ideal dosage of 18 grams of freshly ground beans.

        • Pre-infusion and extraction

          A delicious, creamy, caramel, espresso starts with a pre-treatment at low pressure, followed by an extraction process under high pressure (9 bar) from our Italian pump with 15 bars.
