We like to explain it using the four M's of 'mmmm, coffee!'. The perfect cup of coffee depends on the perfect conditions in four areas, which in the world of coffee are referred to as 'the four magic M's'.

The first M stands for Melange: At Kaldi you can choose from various blends, from mild to strong and even decaffeinated. The next M stands for Mill. By grinding the beans to the correct grind for each cup, the most beautiful flavours from the beans come into your coffee. Then comes the M for Machine. We work with the best espresso machine in the world. Of course, there are machines that give you a good cup of coffee at the touch of a button, but the machine in our branch is really the crème de la crème of espresso machines. However, to make the perfect cup of coffee, the last of the four magical M's is indispensable: the Man. Our baristas are all qualified and keep their knowledge up to date through training and courses.
