How do you use the cleaning powder?
Place a blind filter in the filter carrier and add up to 1/2 teaspoon (4 to 5 g) of Solute cleaning powder.
Place the filter carrier in the group.
Turn the machine on for 10 seconds and then stop for 10 seconds.Repeat this 5-10 times.
Remove the filter carrier with blind filter and flush the group.
Place the filter carrier with blind filter back in the group and repeat the second step without Solute cleaning powder 5-10 times to thoroughly flush the machine. Make an espresso and discard it to make sure there is no residue left in the group.
Meanwhile: Put the filter trays and filter carriers in a bowl of warm water with 1 teaspoon (6g) of Solute cleaning powder per 1 liter for 30 minutes. Rinse with plenty of warm water.
